Abstract
Hasil studi kasus : Setelah dilakukan asuhan kebidanan selama 1 hari didapatkan hasil keadaan umum : sedang, kesadaran : composmentis, TTV:TD: 120/70 mmHg , S: 36,6 0c,N : 82 x/ menit, R: 20 x/ menit, perdarahan 120 cc, infus telah terpasang, plasenta lahir secara manual utuh dengan berat 500 gram, panjang tali pusat 50 cm, jumlah kotiledon lengkap, insersi sentralis, eksplorasi ditemukan selaput ketuban, perinium utuh, terapi obat diberikan, ibu sudah merasa tenang.
